​The basic sequence acknowledges the following body parts: shoulders, back, arms, glutes, legs, calves, pecs with a hands-on finisher of neck and head.

The hybrid sequence is all of the above, plus focused hands-on direct work on a maximum of 2 requested body parts that are approved by the OBMT.
