Saoirse [ˈsˠiːɾˠʃə] [SEER-sha] (in Ulster Gaelic dialect) [noun]: "Freedom"

Before entering the healing arts, I spent years as a professional classical musician and vocal coach. My work with singers sparked a deep curiosity about the relationship between the body and authentic expression. I became fascinated by how physical tension, stress, trauma, and habitual patterns and beliefs can shape not only how we move through the world, but also how freely we express ourselves. Pursuing massage therapy felt like a natural next step—a way to better understand the instrument we all carry: the body itself.

My approach blends treatment-based massage with a holistic understanding of well-being. Drawing from clinical bodywork, Sacred Geometry, Plant Spirit Medicine, and my background as an opera singer, I see healing as both a physical and creative process. Whether someone comes to me seeking pain relief, nervous system support, greater embodiment, or simply a moment to reconnect with themselves, my intention is to create a space where the body can return to ease and balance.

As a queer, Thai-Irish American, first-generation practitioner, I am deeply committed to cultivating spaces where people feel seen, heard, welcomed, and supported in their full humanity.

A pivotal chapter in my life came after the 2018 Camp Fire, when my family home, hometown, and father's life were all lost within a short span of time. That experience profoundly reshaped my understanding of grief, resilience, and community. It inspired me to seek more holistic ways of serving others and deepened my commitment to work that honors the interconnectedness of body, mind, spirit, and expression.

My vision is a world reconnected to natural rhythms and cycles—one informed by nature, guided by the seasons, and enriched by creativity and generosity. My mission is to support the body's natural return to ease while empowering people to reconnect with their own voice, vitality, and unique way of being in the world.

When I'm not in the treatment room, you'll likely find me serving at Portland's very own Farag's during their 2026 Season. Otherwise, I'm probably singing, dancing, painting, cooking, eating, exploring the natural world, sitting on a beach, or continuing to learn from the many Guides —human and otherwise—that inspire my work.
