To encourage the body's natural return to ease by cultivating clarity, releasing what no longer serves, and empowering authentic self-expression through bodywork, voice work, and education.

 

Belief:

Traditional Chinese Medicine stems from the understanding that mind and unexpressed emotions are the primary cause of dis-ease and pain. Studies in the Western world are beginning to move towards this ​view, especially with the developing fascination and research on the fascial system.

​We take this idea further by including voice, a powerful tool that can physically and energetically release stagnation and bring balance to our nervous system. Unexpressed clarity stagnates in our bodies, unvoiced truth binds our breathing apparatuses, which leads to stiffness in our daily movement and brings chronic holding patterns and pain to our lived experiences.
